Things You’ll Need:
- 1 lb. salmon, fillets or steaks
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper (or lemon juice & black pepper)
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
- 1 tbsp. butter
Step1
Melt butter and brush salmon with it. Lightly coat with lemon pepper, dill weed and garlic powder.
Step2
Broil steaks 10 minutes each side.
Of fillets 20 minutes one side.
Step3
Fish is cooked when transparent color is replaced by opaque color.
