Things You'll Need:

  • A box of yellow cake mix
  • Two cans of peaches
  • One stick of butter
  1. Step 1

The first thing you need to do when making Peach Cowboy Cobbler is to gather your ingredients. The ingredients you need are two cans of peaches, one box of yellow cake mix and one stick of butter or margarine.

  2. Step 2

Start pre-heating your oven at 350 degrees.

  3. Step 3

Drain the juice from one can of peaches and set it aside. You will use the juice later. The juice from the second can of peaches can be discarded.

  4. Step 4

Pour both cans of drained peaches into the bottom of the cake pan.

  5. Step 5

Cover the peaches with the entire box of yellow cake mix. Use a spoon to spread the mix as evenly as possible.

  6. Step 6

Slice the stick of butter into about 18 pats and randomly distribute the pats of butter on top of the yellow cake mix. Drizzle the saved peach juice over the cake mix.

  7. Step 7

Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees until the cake mix turns a golden brown.
