How to Make Potatoes in Lemon Butter

Here is another way to dish up Potatoes very easily and quickly. It tastier and healthier too.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • (serves 4-5)
  • 12 Medium sized potates
  • 2tblsp lemonjuice
  • 2tblsp. butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh grounds black pepper
  • 2tblsp. chopped parsley

Step1
Peel and put potatoes in boiling water , until softened and then drain.
Step2
Whisk the lemon juice , butter, salt, fresh black pepper and parsley together in a small bowl.
Step3
Pour over the potatoes and simmer for two minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Spoon in to the earthenware dish and serve
  • Be careful not to burn the seasoning or the potatoes.
