Have you ever planted seeds and waited for them to sprout, but that day never came? In this article you will learn my secret to figuring out how to tell a dud from a stud.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Egg Carton or styrofoam bowls or restroom cups (anything that you can germinate in)
  • Seeds
  • Water
  • Row markers (name boards for the types of seeds you wil be growing)
  1. Step 1

To begin this project you will want to select the seeds that you want to grow, & gather up all of the supplies that you will need, and have fun.

  2. Step 2

First, place approximately 3 tablespoons of water or 1 1/2 ounces of water in each vessel that you will be using to germinate your seeds in. Place several of each seed in their own compartment and allow them to germinate for a few days, this will reveal which seed is a stud & which is a dud.

  3. Step 3

At this point you will be able to confidently plant your "studs" and ditch your "duds". Nurture and water. and enjoy the bounty of your crop.
