Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 good sized Avocado's ripe
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Small tomato ripe
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper 1 tsp.
  • 1 jalepeno pepper
  • white viegar 1 cap full
  • 2 Tbsp. Sour cream

Step1
First you must remove the avocado from its skin. To do this you cut all the way around the seed and pull the 2 halves apart. With a spoon, remove the seed and scoop the avocado from the skin. Put it in a bowl and mash it coarsely.
Step2
Cut the jalapeno in half the long way and scoop out the seeds. Chop it finely. Chop the cilantro coarsely. Dice the tomato finely and dice the onion finely. Mash the garlic clove finely. Add the onion, Jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, tomato, vinegar, and sour cream to avocado and mix well but not to mash the avocado too much.
Step3
Roll your lime to release the juices. Cut it in half and squeeze the juice into the mixture being sure not to get the seeds in. Mix lightly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with your favorite chips. Good luck and good eating.

Tips & Warnings
