This article will give the steps to keep your feet free of Athletes foot

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Tub to soak your feet in
  • Epsom salts
  • Triple acting antibiotic creme
  • Bleach

Step1
first, If you already have athletes foot you will need to cure it. Wash you feet with a good antibacterial soap ( I use Dial). Dry them completely. Fill soaking tub with fairly hot water and Epsom salts. Mix well. Soak your feet in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Step2
Now dry your feet and put the antibacterial creme on them generously and be sure to get the sole, heel and between the toes well. Allow the creme to soak in for a while and allow your feet to breath.
Step3
Use Lysol to spray the insides of all your shoes well and allow to dry over night. Soak all of your socks in hot water with a little bleach. If they are color socks, use a good color safe bleach.
Step4
Repeat step 2 every night until the athletes foot is gone. The for preventative measures, do this 3 times a week. This will keep you athletes foot free. Good luck and happy feet.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure you spray your shoes every day
  • Make sure to wash socks in bleach every time
