How to Make Sun tea

This article will tell you how to make a great sun tea.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-4 quart glass jar with a lid
  • Good quality tea that you enjoy, flovered or regular
  • Warm Water
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Lemon slices
  1. Step 1

    Have your tea bags, 1 1/2 cups sugar , 1/2 cup of Honey, and 1 lemon sliced ready. Put all of the ingredients into you jar. Add enough warm water to fill 1 inch below the top of the jar. Put the lid on tightly.

  2. Step 2

    Put the jar outside on a table or stand directly in the sun and let stand for about 2-3 hours. No need to do anything else.

  3. Step 3

    After the 2 to 3 hours, bring the jar into your house and give it a good shake. Remove the tea bags and lemon slices.

  4. Step 4

    Place the jar into the refrigerator and lat cool for about 2 hour until it is very cold. Take out and shake it again to mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Pour yourself a tall glass and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use good quality tea
  • Use clean warm water
  • Sweeten to taste if the amount of sugar is not to your taste
  • Shake well before serving
  • Add a Lemon slice to your glass for more citrus flavor
