Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Notebook or Journal

Step1
Start by getting a personal notebook to write down your goals. Once you have completed your goals, determine to write a positive affirmation for yourself for each goal. This creative writing will help you start the thinking process off just right.
Step2
Go down to your local library or visit a bookstore to find the latest books in the Self help section or look for a positive author who has written a book to support your efforts for building your mind positively. You can always be constantly on the go whenever you feel stressed out.
