How To Remove Stains From Carpet...

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • white toothpaste
  • rag
  • warm water
  1. Step 1

    You should first test a hidden area of carpet first. The flouride in the toothpaste will lighten the area to be cleaned.
    Locate stain in your carpet.

  2. Step 2

    Get rag wet with warm water... squeeze out excess water.

  3. Step 3

    put a dab or so of toothpaste onto rag.

  4. Step 4

    Rub into stain... repeat steps 2 & 3 as needed.
    Shampoo carpet when done removing stain/stains.

Tips & Warnings
  • Toothpaste also works to remove crayon marks from painted walls. Do not try this on surfaces that have been painted with a flat paint.
  • Always test a hidden area to assure that your item will not be damaged or discolored.
