Things You’ll Need:
- Motivation

- A slightly dirty kitchen
Step1
Kitchen Sink
Go up and down on you tippy toes while standing at the sink rinsing or washing dishes. You can do the same while you are cooking. Set a goal of 100 and work your way up from there at your own pace.
Step2
Appliance
Try cleaning a counter or appliance on one side of the kitchen and then one on the other side. This will help you do a little extra walking than you normally would do.
Step3
Kitchen Floor
When you put something into a lower cabinet or drop something on the floor. Bend as you would if you were trying to touch your toes. Instead of coming back up right away try holding the stretch for 30 seconds or more.
Step4
Music!
Put some music on while you clean and dance. It'll get you moving and make cleaning a little less mundane!
