This is an excellent option for printing documents for personal use, class assignments or small fliers. All you have to do is set up Microsoft Word for two-page printing on a single sheet.

      Click the "File" tab.

      Click "Print."

      Click the "Print on Both Sides" option.

Tips & Warnings

  • To reverse this formatting, return to the Print Options window and choose the "Print One Sided" option.

  • Your printer must be set up for two-sided printing for this option to work. If it's not, click "Print" and then "Print One Sided." Click "Manually Print on Both Sides."
