How to Print Two Pages on One Sheet in Microsoft Word

Just follow these steps to set up Microsoft Word for two-page printing on a single sheet.

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer with Microsoft Word installed
• Computer printer
• Printer paper

1. Launch Microsoft Word and open a new document.
2. Click the File menu and select Page Setup.
3. Look for the Multiple Pages option on the Margins tab. Set the option to 2 Pages Per Sheet and click the OK button.
4. Your page will be automatically formatted as though there are two separate pages on a single landscape sheet of paper. If your type appears too small to read, use the Zoom options within the View menu to get a closer look. Before printing, check your text formatting by using the Print Preview option within the File menu.

Tips & Warnings

• To reverse this formatting, just return to the Page Setup window and set the Multiple Pages option back to Normal.
