Lose 5 lbs a week!

Eat this diet for 5 days and LOSE 5 pounds. Safe to do ever 5 days!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Kashi cereal
  • lowfat or Skim milk
  • reduced fat Hellemans Mayonaise
  • low carb whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • onion(optional)
  • poultry or meat
  • canned tuna in water
  • decaf espresso
  • cinnamon
  • coffee or tea
  1. Step 1

    Go to Grocery store and purchase all of the above ingredients

  2. Step 2

    Remove any foods that will tempt you to not stay with this diet.
    Remember that Weekends are for normal eating.
    Absolutely no artificial sweetners(will help you overcome sweet tooth cravings)

  3. Step 3

    Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi cereal w/ 1/2 cup of lowfat or skim milk; coffee or tea; drink 16 oz water
    Lunch: 1 can tuna with reduced fat mayo in low carb tortilla wrap; drink 16 0z water
    Snack: granola bar with 8 oz water
    Dinner: 1 Protein with green vegetable(broccoli, spinach, green beans, asparagus, etc);drink 16 oz water
    Dessert: low fat decaf cappacino w/ cinnamon

Tips & Warnings
  • Remove unwanted foods from living space
  • Refrain from using artificial sweetners
  • Add flavor to foods by adding natural seasonings
  • add some fruit juice to water or seltzer for enhanced flavor.
  • Do not eat for at least 3 hours before retiring to bed.

on 4/4/2009 Based on my experience, that diet should work. Adding some exercise will help tremendously. Walking briskly for at least 30 minutes daily will go a long way.
