Understand that there are days like this, but don't let it determine the rest of your whole day.
Identify the problem right away and attain your reinforcements.
Step2
It is a proven fact that light rays are a great "blue's weapon". If you do not have a tanning package, you might want to try it. (Just for giggles and grins) Especially in the winter months. A fifteen minute session always puts a smile on my face.
Step3
Draw yourself a bath, and fill it with lots of wonderful bubbles. Light some candles, put on some good music, Salsa works great for this. Grab your favorite book, and let yourself go.
Step4
After a good soak it's never a bad idea to call on a favorite Pal and converse until the laughter wins over the day.
