I do! It's done! Let's go have fun! Don't you wish it was as easy as that? Well, it is! Why stress and worry about details? There is no such thing as a "bad wedding," so go ahead and kick Ms. Manners to the curb and get married almost as fast as they can say, "Would you like fries with that?"

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

You don't need a wedding planner to get married in 48 hours. However, you do need to check with local state laws to see if the 48 hour time frame will pertain to you. If it doesn't, go have a cocktail with your significant other and toast your upcoming wedding anyway! Then get busy!

  2. Step 2

The clock is ticking. Take a deep breath and relax. No matter what you do or where you go to get married, it will always be very memorable. Location: You don't have much time to secure a location so make it simple. How about your home or the home of a friend? Great, now that that's settled, how about your guest list? First, buddy up with your significant other or a friend or two. Write down all your friends names and call them. Tell them you are having a "come as you are party." Tell them it will be in 2 hours. When they arrive, you will have your friends and family with you on that all important day.

  3. Step 3

Next, food. What to serve? Pizza is good or it's free if more than 30 minutes. Clip the coupons! Throw in some chips if you feel like splurging a little.

  4. Step 4

What to wear? Who cares? With only hours to spare, you can brush you teeth and comb your hair.

  5. Step 5

Who will conduct the wedding? You will save enough money by not having a formal wedding, so pay an officiate to make it worth their while for making them attend a "come as you are party!"

  6. Step 6

Music. Grab the boom box and pop in Barbara or Celine. Too drab? Spice up your wedding with singer Pink. That ought to get them dancing!

  7. Step 7

Who will watch the house and pets when you leave for your 2 week luxurious cruise that you paid for with all that money you saved by not having a huge wedding? Why not call on family and give them your extra pizza coupons and video rental card? They will be more than glad to help out, especially since they didn't have to buy a lavish wedding gift.

  8. Step 8

Don't forget the camera because planning a wedding in 48 hours is the craziest thing you could ever do and you are surely going to want to have pictures for your memory book.........especially when your kids are trying to figure out why the oldest was born 7 months after you got married!!! HAPPY WEDDING!
