How to Burn a PowerPoint Presentation to DVD With AcoolSoft PPT2DVD

PowerPoint is an effective visual aide but requires you to lug your computer around with you to give your presentation. The Acoolsoft PPT2DVD software program allows you to burn your PowerPoint presentation to a DVD. Your presentation then will fit in your pocket rather than a heavy laptop case.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • DVD-R
  • Computer with a DVD burner drive
  1. Step 1

    Download and install Acoolsoft PPT2DVD.

  2. Step 2

    Insert a blank DVD-R (digital video disc recordable) into your DVD burner drive.

  3. Step 3

    Open Acoolsoft PPT2DVD. Click on "Browse" to find your PowerPoint presentation. Double-click on your file's name to import it into Acoolsoft PPT2DVD. Then click "Next."

  4. Step 4

    Select the option "Burn to DVD/MiniDVD Disc." Click "OK."

  5. Step 5

    Edit your DVD menu by clicking on "Background" and "Menu Settings." Choose a background image. Under "Menu Settings" use the menu on the left side of the screen to determine your menu's layout. Once you're satisfied, click "OK."

  6. Step 6

    Preview your presentation. If everything looks alright, click "Next." If something needs to be changed, close Acoolsoft PPT2DVD and make the adjustments in PowerPoint. Repeat Steps 1-5 after saving your modified presentation.
