How to Improve Grades Without Studying
While most consider studying a necessary part of improving grades, there are ways to achieve this without studying. There really is no trick which can magically deposit the improved grade in the grade book. These tips and hints take time to master, but most anything is better than studying.

Appear in class early and sit in the front of the class. This will demonstrate to the teacher that you are serious about his or her class. If they see this demonstration consistently, they may factor this in when it comes time to hand out grades.

Ask pertinent questions during the class discussion. This will show the teacher they you are making an effort to participate in the class.

Come to the class prepared. Be certain to have a pen or pencil, notebook, textbook and anything else required in the class. If you have all the necessary items for class, a teacher will view this positively.

Talk to the teacher after the class about the course material. Be careful not to do this too often or the teacher may become suspicious of ulterior motives. Especially, if you never showed an interest and then you ask question outside the class every day. Gradually increase the interest in their class so as not to raise suspicion.

Contact another person in the class or someone else that has already taken the class for their notes or help. In addition to notes or help, another person in the class can help you if you have to miss class for whatever reason. Keeping up with missed classes can really impress the teacher as well.

Possess a good overall attitude in and out of class. If the teacher and colleagues view you as a positive contributor to the school environment this can also help improve your grades.

Dress well for class. It may be superficial, but dressing nicely can improve the teacher's attitude toward you. Moreover, it can also change how you and other classmates perceive you. After all perception is reality.
