How to Perform a Mandible Claw
The Mandible Claw is a choking submission move used in the WWE. Mick Foley introduced the move, which he performed while wearing a sock on his hand. His buddy, "Socko," drove the crowd wild when Foley pulled him out of his wrestling tights, put him on his hand and drove his hand deep into the mouth of his opponent.
Instructions

1
Paint a face on a sock. If a sock isn't available, tape your second and middle fingers together.
-
2
Sneak up on your opponent. This move is difficult to pull off if he's standing right in front of you.
-
-
3
Turn your opponent so he's facing you. Stick your sock-wrapped hand in his mouth as far as you can get. Put your fingers underneath his tongue and push it into the roof of his mouth. Don't stick your thumb in his mouth. It should be pushing against his face as hard as you can.
-
4
Push your opponent into a corner so he cannot move around. If you are not in a ring, then push him against a wall in order to get leverage.
-
5
Stay away from your opponent's free hand. If you do the move right, they won't be able to breathe and will be worried about breaking the hold instead of hitting you.
-
6
Push your opponent's body towards the ground and he should submit readily or be easy to pin.

Tips & Warnings
Before Socko, Foley wore a special glove over the second and third fingers and nothing else was covered. You can achieve the same effect by taping your second and middle fingers together.
Pro wrestling probably is scripted, otherwise it would be too dangerous. People get hurt every year from accidents related to performing wrestling moves. If your opponent starts to turn red, stop performing the choke hold immediately. Actually, no amateur should ever attempt this move.
Since you're encounter won't be scripted, there is every chance that your opponent will bite down on your hand.
