Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Sock
- Marker
- Wrestling ring
Step1
Paint a face on a sock. If a sock isn't available, tape your second and middle fingers together.
Step2
Sneak up on your opponent. This move is difficult to pull off if he's standing right in front of you.
Step3
Turn your opponent so he's facing you. Stick your sock-wrapped hand in his mouth as far as you can get. Put your fingers underneath his tongue and push it into the roof of his mouth. Don’t stick your thumb in his mouth. It should be pushing against his face as hard as you can.
Step4
Push your opponent into a corner so he cannot move around. If you are not in a ring, then push him against a wall in order to get leverage.
Step5
Stay away from your opponent’s free hand. If you do the move right, they won’t be able to breathe and will be worried about breaking the hold instead of hitting you.
Step6
Push your opponent's body towards the ground and he should submit readily or be easy to pin.
