Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Turn off the power and heater switches when you finish cleaning. After unplugging, wrap the power cord around the brackets to keep the cord from fraying.

  2. Step 2

Empty the water tank and rinse it with hot water until water runs clear. Clean around and under the bladder.

  3. Step 3

Rinse filters and nozzles. You can unhook the tabs holding the floor nozzle, and then unscrew the nozzle with a screwdriver. Rinse the floor nozzle with running water.

  4. Step 4

Wipe the brush rolls clean with a paper towel. Carefully remove hair or string that has wound around the brush.

  5. Step 5

Clean the soap dispenser when emptied of soap. Rinse thoroughly with hot water to remove leftover soap that can gum up the dispenser.

  6. Step 6

Remove any attachments that you used. Clean in running water and dry before putting them back in the tool caddy.
