Instructions

    • 1

Save the pit when cutting the avocado. Mix the whole pit in the guacamole, after it's prepared.

    • 2

Squirt a generous amount of lemon or lime juice on top of the finished guacamole.

    • 3

Smear a thin layer of mayonnaise with a spreading utensil over the entire top of the guacamole. Remove the layer of mayonnaise before serving.

    • 4

Create an air tight seal between the guacamole and the container with plastic wrap. Make sure the plastic wrap is pressed firmly against the top of the guacamole to prevent air bubbles.

    • 5

Refrigerate and repeat each time the guacamole is opened.

Tips & Warnings

  • Don't mix the additional lemon or lime juice into the guacamole. The citric acid from the juice helps the guacamole retain it's color.
