Load p2k Seem. In the "Seem" box, enter "2742." This code unlocks your phone's settings.

Find the row that begins with 000060. In the 11th column of this row, the "offset" should say "006a." Click "Selected Byte Details."

Check the boxes next to "Bit 0" and "Bit 1." The "Bit 0" setting allows Bluetooth file transfer, while the "Bit 1" setting allows USB file transfer.

Open P2K Commander and transfer ring tones, wallpapers, contacts or whatever other files you wish.
