How to Kill a Sim in the Sims 2

A Sim can die in Sims 2 in many ways, but many of the causes are out of your control. If you want to take matters into your own hands and kill your Sim, the easiest way to go about it is to kill a Sim by starvation or drowning.

Instructions

Starvation

1. Direct your Sim to go into a room that has no refrigerator, such as a bedroom or a bathroom. Once he is in the room and the door has shut behind him, pause the game and go into Build Mode.

2. Select all the doors to that room with the hand tool and delete them. This will trap your Sim in the room.

3. Wait several game hours as your Sim gets more and more miserable. His hunger level will slowly drop until he clutches his stomach and falls over dead.

Drowning

1. Wait until your Sim's energy is less than 50 percent and direct her to go swimming in a pool. Once she is in the pool and swimming around, pause the game and go into Build Mode.

2. Select all the ladders to the pool with the hand tool and delete them so that your Sim has no way of getting out of the pool.

3. Wait until your Sim's energy level drops completely. She will drown, as she will have fallen asleep from exhaustion while swimming.

Tips & Warnings

• Children can't die of starvation, as a social worker will come and take a child away before it gets that bad. The only way to intentionally kill a child Sim is to drown him.
