Work seamlessly and efficiently with the Oracle Collaboration Suite. Integrate all your devices and application with one complete Oracle Collaboration Suite or purchase pieces to implement to suit your needs. You can run the application in-house or run with Oracle, and you can also access your email, voice mail and calendar anywhere at any time. The Oracle Collaboration Suite even lets you store and share files and conduct meetings online.

Customize the Home Page

Step1
Go to the home page and sign on.
Step2
Click on the "Customize" link to add, remove and edit the components for your home page.
Step3
Choose the component link you have saved to take you to that page. Update that page's preferences by clicking on "Preferences" in the upper-right corner.
Step4
Head back to the home page by clicking "Return To Portal" in the upper-right corner.

Work with the Mobile Inbox and Virtual Inbox

Step1
Open Outlook on your desktop. Information is sent in real-time.
Step2
Select your "Presence" as the best method to contact you with your Mobile Inbox. It defines your current availability.
Step3
Set your Virtual Inbox to filter on certain criteria. Send a voicemail by email and access it by clicking on the audio attachment in the email.

Work with My Workspaces

Step1
Navigate to the "My Workspaces" tab and choose "Create a New Workspace." Enter a name, a short description, a long description and choose the "Join Existing Workspaces" button. Then, choose "Next."
Step2
Search for members and enter their user IDs into the field. Once added, select their access level. Add all the members you want, and then click "Next." Review your members and click "OK."
Step3
Go to the "My Workspaces" tab and choose "Join An Existing Workspace." Enter a workspace name, a "justification" or a reason why you wish to join the workspace. Select a requested access, such as viewer, participant or administrator.
Step4
Send email messages or see who is online when access is granted to the workspace.

File Sharing and Uploading

Step1
Upload files with "My Workspaces" and click "Upload." Use "Browse" to select the file and the file name will appear. Choose "Don't Overwrite" and renaming the file is optional.
Step2
Zip the file and use your FTP server to upload the file to Oracle Collaboration Suite.
Step3
Access the files where the web folders are placed for Oracle Collaboration Suite through your computer's browser.

Schedule a Meeting

Step1
Open your calendar from Outlook or from the Oracle Collaboration Suite online. Click the people icon to "Open Group View."
Step2
Use the Search icon to enter people and a meeting room. Click "Ok" and the people and room's availablity display immediately.
Step3
Choose a time to hold your meeting and click the icon that looks like a clock with a plus sign on it. Select the meeting time and other optional criteria and choose "OK."
