How to Modify a Microsoft Publisher Template
Once a template has been created in Microsoft Publisher 2007, you can modify that template and save the changes. These changes will be reflected next time you use the template for a project. Start Microsoft Publisher 2007, choose the "File" menu and click on "Open" to bring up the "Open" dialog box.

Use the "Look in" drop-down list to locate the "Templates" folder where you have saved the Publisher templates you have created. It depends on your computer where the "Templates" folder is located, but it will most likely be in the "Microsoft Publisher" program folder.

Double-click to open the "Templates" folder and display the templates you have created within Publisher. Locate the template you want to modify it and double-click the template to open it within Publisher.

Make any changes to the Publisher template that you feel necessary. You can choose to change the color scheme, styles, layout or any other formatting or content option.

Choose the "File" menu and click on "Save" to save the modifications you made to the Publisher template. Next time you open the template the modifications will be displayed within the document.
