Things You’ll Need:
- Microsoft Excel 2007
- Printer
Step1
Start Microsoft Excel 2007 and open an existing workbook that contains worksheets that are grouped together that you are ready to print.
Step2
Verify that the worksheets are grouped together. The sheet tabs, which are located in the lower left corner of the screen, should be white indicating the corresponding worksheets are in a group.
Step3
Click on one of the white sheet tabs to select the worksheet group before you print it. This will set the worksheet group as the active selection within Excel.
Step4
Highlight and click the "Office" button in the top left corner of the Excel screen and click “Print” to bring up the “Print” dialog box.
Step5
Select “Active sheet(s)” in the “Print what” section of the “Print” dialog box. This will instruct Excel to print only the worksheets in the group.
Step6
Change any other print settings including the printer being used, number of copies and properties for your specific printer.
Step7
Complete the process by clicking the “OK” button. This will print the worksheets in the group and close the “Print” dialog box. You can now ungroup the worksheets if you are finished formatting them.
