Make a list of all the things you need to do. Start with the most important ones that you have to be punctual for and then list the things you need to do but that can be done anytime.

Set up a calendar on your computer if you are using it on a regular basis. Add reminders so your computer will signal you when you need to do something. If you have a class at 7:00 p.m., you want to set the reminder for enough time to get ready for it and arrive on time.

Use your cell phone calendar to set up reminders with audible alerts. This is especially useful if you always carry your phone.

Make a calendar with various times on it and post it on your refrigerator or another spot where you will see it regularly. Be sure to check the calendar often in order to be punctual for everything you need to do.

Prepare as much in advance as you can. For example, you can lay out clothes the night before for work the next morning and prepare your lunch so you don't have to do these things in the morning.
