Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
1 identify the crankbait you'd like to modify, and position the split ring forward, directly in to the center of the bill. With a rotary tool or small drill, drill a hole through the lip (going through the split ring to the ensure alignment) from the top side.
Step2
To rig the bait, tie on to the crank' s split ring leaving an 8-12inch tag. run the tag end through the hole you drilled and attach a drop shot weight.(Because these lures are made of balsa, be sure to use a heavy enough weight to sink the bait at the desired rate.)
Step3
You can adjust the amount of action the crankbait has by modifying the size of the hole you drill. A bigger hole allows for more wiggle.
