Step 3: On your stove, heat water just under a boil. Stand over it with your head about a foot away from the water. Place a towel over your head to trap heat. Once you’ve stood there for about 10 minutes and your face feels tingly, put a generous amount of cleanser all over your face and massage it in for about two minutes, still standing over that hot water.

Step 4: Wash of the cleanser with very warm water. Then treat your skin with a scrub or masque

Step 5: Splash ice cold water on your face to close your pores

Step 6: Spray cool water onto your face and slick on a think hydrating cream or lotion. Rub it in well.

Step 7: Do this once every week. If you have acne, use a toner every other day. Have fun!
