Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Whole sponge cake
  • Box of donut holes (variety)
  • 1 regular chocolate covered donut
  • Red sucker
  • Pistachio shells
  • Toothpicks
  1. Step 1

First stick a bunch of toothpicks all over towards the back of the sponge cake, facing it sideways as the body. This is prepping for the donut feathers.

  2. Step 2

Stick a different flavored/colored donut hole on top of each toothpick do this until the whole middle back is filled with donut hole feathers. (refer to photo)

  3. Step 3

Take the one regular sized, chocolate covered donut and stick the toothpick through to the front of the sponge cake. This will be the head. You may need extra toothpicks to hold it in place.

  4. Step 4

Take one small red sucker (preferably dum dums) and shove the stick part up into the chin area, this will be the red wattle of the turkey.

  5. Step 5

Stick 4 toothpicks in the head at different sizes making it the comb of the turkey.

  6. Step 6

Shove 2 separate pistachio shells into each side of the donut, being the eyes.

  7. Step 7

Stick 2 pistachio shells one facing up and one facing down on top of each other to make the beak. Enjoy!
