Things You'll Need:
- 16 ounces (2 cups) boiling water
- 2 pkg (4 serving size each) Cherry gelatin
- 8 ounces Vodka
- 8 ounces Cherry Brandy
- One package 1oz-2oz plastic cups
- small jar Maraschino Cherries

Step 1
STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

Step 2
Stir in alcohol. (This is the step that usually calls for water)

Step 3
Pour mixture into individual shot-size (1oz-2oz) plastic cups.

Step 4
Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until slightly thickened. Push in the Maraschino Cherries with your finger. (Leave the stems out, it looks great visually) Continue to refrigerate another 6-8 hours.

on 8/11/2008 If you ever go to a party and jello-shooters are served, you know the party is about FUN! I have always wanted to try this--thanks for the recipe. I may try making it with Knox gelatin (the unflavored kind) and then adding juice, and, 'natch, the booze.
