How to Find an Older Account on Neopets

Every account created on Neopets is stored in the database unless you delete your own account. Each user is allowed one main account and up to four side accounts. Because of these limits, it is sometimes necessary to find an older account that is inactive so you can use it to play or delete it so you can start a new account.

Instructions

1. Enter your email address associated with the account in the box on the Login Form. Neopets will email you the username and password associated with the older account.

2. Log in to Neopets using one of your other accounts if you have one. You can search for a pet's name or guild name that was associated with the old account. This will lead you to the username of your older account.

3. Check your email address to see if you have any emails from Neopets. Neopets sends emails when your pet checks out of the NeoLodge. Every email from Neopets will include your username.

4. Ask friends who play Neopets if they have your old username in their Neofriends list.

Tips & Warnings

• Write your usernames, passwords and birthdays associated with each account that you have on Neopets. If your account is inactive for over six months, you will have to enter your password and birthday to get into the account.
• Never buy an older account from anyone for Neopoints or real money. This is against Neopets rules. You can get all of your Neopets accounts frozen by buying or selling Neopets accounts.
