Download Sonic Record Now from the Sonic website and install the program onto your computer.

    • 2

Launch the program by double clicking on the Sonic icon that was placed on your computer's desktop during installation.

Search for music files by clicking "Yes" when Sonic Record Now asks if you want the program to locate music, or select "Find" and then "Browse" to manually search for files. Compatible audio file formats are MP3, WMA, WAV, WPL, ASX, M3U and CDA.

    • 6

Highlight the songs you want to burn by clicking on the song title in the "Music on System" window. Click "Add" and the song will appear on the "Music to Burn" list.

    • 7

Burn your music by clicking the red "Burn" button. Click "Yes" when Sonic Record Now asks you if you want to burn your CD.

Tips & Warnings

  • Label your CD with a soft-tipped permanent marker.

  • If you want to burn from an audio CD, Sonic Record Now will save the CD files in a temporary folder you can select from when adding files to your "Music to Burn" list.

  • Don't label your CD with a ballpoint pen. It can make your data unreadable.
