How to Exercise for Bigger ****s
"We must, we must, we must increase our bust. The bigger the better, the tighter the sweater." Teenage girls learn this rhyme before they even get in their first training bra. In lieu of getting surgical implants, there are a number of good exercises performed with and without exercise equipment, which, when done properly, can help you to get that bigger bust line.

Use hand weights for your chest exercises. Standing, hold the weights by your side and slowly raise the weights to shoulder level. Hold for a few seconds and slowly lower your arms. Repeat 12 times, three times a week.

Lie on the floor and put a weight in each hand by your side. Raise one arm at a time over your head all the way to the floor. With your free hand, feel the muscles in your chest and believe that this exercise will pump up your bust if done every day for at least 12 to 15 reps on each side.

Put your palms together in front of your chest as if you were shaking your own hand. Push in with each hand. Do this exercise without any equipment almost anywhere.

Make it a habit to practice this exercise when you are someplace private, such as in the bathroom or at red lights in your car. Repeat the rhyme above when you push to give yourself some timing.

Build muscles with your exercises no matter what kind of equipment you use, whether it is free weights or exercise machines with pulleys. It is the muscles above and on the sides of your ****s that will give them the appearance of being bigger. The only way to get the actual cup size increased is with implants or gained fat.
