3. Get face shots. The more pictures you take, the better the likeness of the action figure can be. Take photos of the person from the front, back, side and profile and send them to the action-figure company for review.

4. Review the sculpture before the action figure is created. The company will send you pictures of the design and allow you to make modifications if necessary.

5. Wait for the action figure to show up at your door. In a few weeks, when your action figure arrives in the mail, you'll be the envy of all your friends.
