How to Create an Account on MapleStory

If you enjoy online role-playing games, then you've probably heard of MapleStory. On this site you can access one of the largest multi-player online role playing games in the world. You choose your MapleStory character and then journey on one of four designated paths, while interacting with other players along the way. You can take part in the fun by creating a MapleStory account.

Instructions

1. Choose your country of origin. Since MapleStory operates on a global level, you need to first select your country of origin on the homepage.

2. Select "Sign Up" from the main menu to go to the Nexon Passport sign up sheet. With a Nexon Passport ID you can access all Nexon games, including MapleStory.

3. Fill out the requested information, including your username, password and email address. Agree to the terms of use and privacy policy and submit the registration form.

4. Verify your email address. Before you can finish signing up with Nexon Passport for your MapleStory account, you must click on the link provided to you in an email.

5. Download the MapleStory game onto your computer. Click on the "Download" option on the game's homepage. After download is complete, you can use your registered username and password to begin playing.

Tips & Warnings

• If you don't receive your verification email from Nexon, you may need to adjust your email spam filter.
• You can delete your MapleStory account at anytime by selecting the "Withdraw" option from your personal account page.
