        Place a few drops of cedar essential oil on a cotton ball, and drop the cotton ball in a muslin bag. Tie the top closed. You can also use rosemary essential oil, or a combination of both.

        Drop a few drops of cedar essential oil or rosemary essential oil on a handful of cedar chips and put them in a muslin bag. This makes especially effective mothballs.

        Tuck a few natural mothballs in the corners of your drawers or tie them around a few hangers.

    • Make sure your woolen clothes are clean, and air them in the sunlight for a few hours before you store them. This will help to discourage moths.
