PowerPoint presentations are great to use when a computer is handy, and it can produce more than just business proposals. Wondershare allows users to create a PowerPoint and burn it to DVD to show it on any computer, regardless of the software it contains. You'll never again be stuck in an unfamiliar business setting without the correct software. Simply share those one-of-a-kind presentations with everyone gathered around a TV.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Download Wondershare or install it from a CD using the manufacturer's directions.
Step2
Open the Wondershare icon and click on "Import File." This allows you to browse through PowerPoint files on the computer. Choose the one that you want to transfer to the DVD and click "Next."
Step3
Move to the "Output Properties" tab and choose the DVD option and click "Next."
Step4
Edit the "DVD Menu" with the next tab. This allows you to choose the specifics of how to advance slides and how titles appear on the DVD. After making all selections, click "OK."
Step5
Preview the presentation before burning it to DVD with the next tab. Depending on how large the PowerPoint is, Wondershare won't allow the entire presentation to play in preview mode. Normally only the first few slides are visible but you can check to see that the changes you input earlier are correct.
Step6
Insert a blank disk into the computer's DVD burner and finish by clicking "Burn Disk," which is the last tab on the left side.

Tips & Warnings

  • Like most installations, the standard choices are set as default. If you save the presentation exactly the way you would like it to appear on the DVD, you do not need to make changes using Wondershare. Simply open and click "Next" or advance to the next tab and finish by burning the disk.
