You may think that dressing like a "horror" is the last thing you want to do. But since the rock band The Horrors made the music charts in 2005, dressing like one of The Horrors has become the height of cool.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Lay your rock star foundation with a pair of tight black pants. Add to the pants a slim black belt that has a huge oval or square shaped silver belt buckle attached to it. One slit hole in the knee of the pants is appropriate but other than that keep holes to a minimum.

  2. Step 2

Throw on a clean black or white collared button down shirt. If you want something a little warmer a mock turtle neck is an option, though generally you should stick with a button down that has a small collar.

  3. Step 3

Layer that outfit with a black or gray vest over your shirt. Above the vest, wear a black silk scarf or a macabre tie around your collar, which you should turn up. Dress the outfit up with some rock star flair by adding a silver pin to your tie or a small chain to the vest.

  4. Step 4

Finish off your outfit with a black jacket made of leather or wool. The jacket should be tight fitting and does not need to close. An extra scarf on the outside of the jacket can add a little London-rock style.

  5. Step 5

Accessorize with studded bracelets and a pair of black sunglasses. Add other accessories as long as they have a rock-goth style and dress the outfit up rather than down.
