How to Dress Up as Goku From Dragonball Z

Goku is the main character of the hit Japanese animation series, Dragonball Z. The character is known as a member of the strongest alien species in the Dragonball Z universe, making him a great character to dress up as for Halloween or your next Dragonball Z party.

Instructions

1. Put on a cobalt or bright blue muscle t-shirt as your base. If you can't find a muscle t-shirt then just find a blue shirt and cut the seams on the collar, close to the shoulders, so the collar opens up like Goku's.

2. Find an orange vest like Frogg Toggs Blaze Orange vest. Alternatively, you can wear an orange safety or hunting vest. Cut off any reflective patches or fastening devices and elastic.

3. Get yourself a pair of puffy orange pants such as Ghast Cargo Dance Drawstring pants in orange. Pants with elastic cuffs at the end of either leg are preferable but not necessary.

4. Put your orange vest over your blue shirt and then put on your orange cargo pants. Find a foot long piece of blue cloth to wrap around your waist. If you don't have the cloth then use a blue karate belt to tie your vest in place.

5. Accessorize like Goku by wearing blue wrist bands (sweat bands) on either arm. You can place sweat bands around your ankles as well. Tie your orange pants into wrestling or martial arts boots, or just high top shoes, to get your Dragonball Z style down.
