Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- whole fruits, grains, vegetables
- organic forms of your favorite condiments
- healthy mindset
- give yourself a few weeks or months to complete the transition
Step1
Take a look in your pantry and refrigerator. Discard the over processed foods - look at the ingredients: No partially hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrups (or derivatives), no bleached flours or sugars....get rid of white...white sugar, white flour.
Step2
Decide that you want to start buying more organic, more whole foods, (whole foods are not processed). Take a trip to your local grocery store and evaluate their availability of these types of foods and compare prices. Although, if you really want to delve into this matter, think about how much money you spend on different "bad foods" and what do they do for you? They make you fat, cause cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers, etc. We all know that fruits, grains, vegetables are the best foods we can eat - knowing this, why is it that we are eating high fat, high sugar, lard-laden, overprocessed foods? Why are we surprised when we gain weight and become sick?
Step3
Drink lots of water....check ingredients on all beverages....don't even drink soda...it's full of sugar and chemicals and has absolutely no nutritional value
If you want to keep eating meat, try to get organic meat...no hormones or antibiotics.
Read and research different articles about food.
