As we get older belly fat seems to stick around but if you do these simple exercises everyday for about 20 minutes a day you will flatten your stomach the key is to make your muscles tight. First, you do simple stretches from right to left working the waistline, do this for at least five full minutes. Secondly, you must pull your belly in toward the back as tight as possible and pull downward toward the floor(up and down) for at least ten full minutes, then do the same stretches from right to left for five full minutes and this will definitely help to tighten the muscles that will assist you in tightening your tummy quickly, and do this everyday. Remember get in the habit of holding the stomach in while sitting, driving and working around the house and I guarantee you will see a difference in weeks.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • All you need is a strong will power!!
