My husband's office LOVES this stuff. It is as simple as you could ever imagine.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pound of white chocolate (may use colors for seasonal candy)
  • 3/4 c. Fruity Pebbles
  • Wax paper
  • Flat Pan
  1. Step 1

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. (I do mine at 40 second intervals 2 or 3 times, stirring each time)

  2. Step 2

Once chocolate is melted, stir until smooth. Pour in 3/4 cup of Fruity Pebbles. Stir it in good - let all of the cereal get some chocolate on it.

  3. Step 3

Pour on wax paper. Spread with the spoon until pan is covered.

  4. Step 4

Let freeze for about 20 minutes. Break apart and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can try other cereals as well.
  • This candy is difficult to put in a mold, because the cereal causes air bubbles.
  • You may try more or less cereal for the "crunch factor".
  • Don't tell everyone how easy this is - so you will always have a surprise dish for parties.
