Tear up pieces of tissues in small pieces the size of stamps. Drop them into a bowl and add a cup of hot water.
Step2
Stir and beat the mixture until it becomes smooth.
Step3
Stir your liquid starch into the pan. Then stir your mixture into the pan as well.
Step4
Dip the screen into the pan-sliding it under the slurry. Move the screen around to get a thin and even layer on top of it. (Use your fingers to distribute)
Step5
Lift the screen straight up out of the pan and allow water to drain off.
Step6
Lay the screen between thick pages of old newspapers. (This is where you will roll out your excess water)
Step7
Turn the screen over and gently lift your paper off the newspaper.
Step8
Let your paper dry flat on a dish towel for a couple of days.
