The best way for weight management these days is to eat healthy and add fiber to your diet. This will tell you some ways to do that.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First thing you should know is that breakfast is one of the most important meals to start with in the day. You should always eat breakfast and one that is high in Fiber. At least 10grams of dietary fiber per serving. I had tried many and found some good tasting ones to make it easier.

  2. Step 2

You should always try and eat fiber with your meals as well. There are a few ways you can do this. One there are Fiber pills that you can take every day. Two they have many powders you can add to your water. And another is that is my favorite, Kellogg has pink lemonade powder that you add to water that has 10grams of fiber in it.

  3. Step 3

The last thing is dinner, you should always have your meal be 80% approve. greens such as broccoli or salad or even zucchini, the other 20% percent or so should be your chicken or fish. If you eat fish you are also getting the Omega 3 that you need as well.

Tips & Warnings
  • I have been sticking to this rule of adding fiber into my diet and starting my day off with a high fiber cereal or breakfast. I also have been drinking 3 liters of water a day. These tips are working for me, I hope they work for you too.
