How to Keep Your Breakable things without spending money

Some people are fond of collecting breakable items like plates, saucers, glasses, cups, etc. When they got too plenty, they will store it in boxes. Instead of buying foam, soft tissue, cotton or other expensive materials to protect them from breaking while storing it, They can save a penny by using old news papers as cushion specially when transporting the boxes to other places.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bunch of old news papers
  • scotch tape or masking tape
  1. Step 1

    Wrap the breakable items separately one by one. Each item should be wrapped carefully.

  2. Step 2

    Use the scotch tape or masking tape to secure the end part of your wrapping news paper.

  3. Step 3

    Pile your breakable items using thick news paper in between as cushion to prevent them from breaking when moved.

  4. Step 4

    If you use boxes to keep your breakable items, put lots of news papers at the bottom and sides of the box and also on top of the breakable items before you close the box.

Tips & Warnings
  • Old news papers can save your worry of breaking your materials while transporting them and this can help you save too.
  • In keeping glasses or cups, wrap the inside part with news papers too to before piling them one after another
