You can use sites that promise to submit your URL to the top search engines but the best way is to submit your site manually to each engine. This way you can be sure that the submission is complete and not missing any information. Some search engines do not allow mass submissions anyway.

Visit the search engine that you are interested in submitting to and at the bottom of the page, there is usually a link that says something like, "submit your site." If you cannot find this link, try the site map or the "about" page.
