How to Scrapbook with Online Resources and Your Printer

Whether you are a seasoned scrapbooker or you are just beginning and do not know where to start, try some of these free templates from www.hp.com

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Color Printer
  • Printer Paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue Stick or Sticky tabs
  • Photographs
  1. Step 1
    Activity Center
     
    Activity Center

    Gather your photographs and determine what type of scrapbook page you would like to make. In other words, what theme would like you make your page. Then go to www.hp.com then click on the 'Activity Center' as shown in the accompanying photograph.

  2. Step 2
    Choose scrapbooking
     
    Choose scrapbooking

    Next, you will go to 'Project Finder' on the right of the page. In the first drop-down box choose 'Scrapbooking'.

  3. Step 3
    Choose submit
     
    Choose submit

    Now, click on the submit button which looks like an arrow on the right of the word 'Scrapbooking' to go to the scrapbooking page.

    Under the photograph in the middle of page, you will see 'View All Scrapbooking'. Click on those words and you will be taken to a plethora of scrapbook projects.

  5. Step 5
    Choose a theme
     
    Choose a theme

    You will now see two columns of projects listed in the middle of the page. Choose a project and follow the directions on each project page to complete your chosen project.

  6. Step 6
    Go to Adobe.com and download Reader for you projects.

    Before you begin your projects be sure to check to see if you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can check by going to 'Start', 'All Programs' and look for Adobe in your program list. You will need this software to view, download, and print your projects. You can download this software for free by going to www.adobe.com and click on 'Reader' as shown in the accompanying photograph.
