How to get wax off of carpet.

This article is for all you candle lovers out there! For anyone who has had this mishap, you know how hard it can be to get wax out of your carpet. So, please, put those scissors away and try this instead!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• A brown paper bag
• A clothes Iron

1. Grab a regular brown bag, either grocery or if it is a small ammount of wax a lunch bag will do.
2. Place bag on top of wax that has fell onto your carpet.
3. Set Iron to low setting, and allow a few minutes to heat up.
4. Place iron on top of bag and slowly rub back and forth. Wax will attach itself to the bag and lift right off of your carpet!

Tips & Warnings

• Do not set iron on high
• Do not let iron sit on bag for a long period in one spot
