How to make a BIG COOKIE PIZZA FOR HALLOWEEN

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 (16.5-ounce) roll refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting

Step1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step2
Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil with shortening.
Step3
Cut cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices; arrange evenly in pan.
Step4
With floured fingers, press slices to form crust.
Step5
Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until deep
golden brown.
Step6
Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Step7
Use foil to lift crust from pan.
Step8
Carefully remove foil from crust; place crust on serving platter or tray.
Step9
Spread peanut butter over crust.
Step10
Sprinkle with candy corn and raisins.
Step11
In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting on High 10 to 15 seconds
or until thin and drizzling consistency.
Step12
Drizzle frosting over cookie pizza. Cut into wedges or squares.
