Things You'll Need:
- 2 tbl. of Mashed Potatos
- 1lb. Confectionary Surgar
- Chunky Butter
- Peanut Butter
- Wax Paper

Step 1
This is so easy and requires no cooking if you use left over mashed potatoes from dinner. Your children will love making this. We add a splash of green and red food coloring to make it look festive.

Step 2
1. Mix mashed potato and confectionary. sugar in a bowl until if forms a soft ball.
2. Put the dough on a sheet of wax paper and roll it flat with your rolling pin. -
Step 3
3. Spread chunky peanut butter over the whole top
4. Use the wax paper to help you roll the candy up in a long tube.
5. refrigerate for about 2 hours and cut into 1/2" sections.
