If you want a quick and easy "homemade" Italian dinner, this is it. I served my family of four and had some leftover.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 pkgs. (24 oz.)Kroger Private Selection mini round Ravioli with cheese
  • 2 cans (26 oz.)Hunts spaghetti sauce
  • Frozen pre-cooked meatballs
  • Foil
  • 1 large oven casserole pan

Step1
Start pre-heating oven to 350 degrees. (unless pre-assembling dish)
Spread spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan. Just enough to cover.
This comes in a variety of flavors.
Step2
Put one layer of meatballs on sauce.
Step3
Open and pour out both packages of ravioli on top of meatballs.
Step4
Cover all with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Step5
Cover with foil and put in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Defrost all frozen ingredients in the refrigerator the night before
  • You can pre-assemble this dish the night before for an easy after work dinner.
  • To make your supper more "homemade" you can make your own meatballs if desired.
  • If you do not like spaghetti sauce you can use "alfredo" sauce.
  • Vegetables may be added before the layer of ravioli.

on 3/20/2008 I bet my daughter would love this - with jarred pasta sauce instead of canned. Thanks!
